Fine Point Homes is seeking a detail-oriented, in-office Bookkeeper/Quickbooks Specialist to help manage our financial records and support our close-knit team. As our Bookkeeper/QuickBooks Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing key accounting tasks to ensure our financials are accurate and up-to-date. Your core duties will include:

• Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks Online
• Track accounts payable and receivable to ensure all transactions are processed correctly
• Reconcile bank statements and generate financial reports to keep us on track
• Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments to maintain smooth operations
• Maintain proper documentation of receipts and expenses
• Run the monthly Work in Progress (WIP) Report, keeping our team informed on project status
• Run Payroll for all internal employees including deductions, bonuses, and direct deposits, while ensuring compliance with tax regulations
• Prepare and distribute end of year tax documents including W-2s and 1099s, ensuring accuracy and timely filing with the IRS

What We’re Looking For:
• QuickBooks Expertise: Comfortable with QuickBooks Online for daily financial transactions and generating reports
• Attention to Detail: You’re organized and take pride in keeping financial records accurate and complete
• Communication Skills: You’ll work closely with our team, so clear communication is essential
• Reliability & Positive Attitude: We value dependability and a proactive approach to getting the job done

• Someone who enjoys working independently but also thrives in a collaborative environment
• A problem-solver who keeps things organized behind the scenes and ensures everything runs smoothly

Hours & Location:
• 30-40 hours per week

Meet Alan

Alan's venture into the world of Construction began after a poor experience during the remodel process of their personal residence.  As Alan stood with a sledgehammer in hand, the Littenbergs’ soon to be first home covered in dust, the newly married couple felt certain there had to be a better way to get people like themselves into a home they loved. 

There amongst the dust and construction clutter, Fine Point Homes began.  

Having called the vibrant DFW area home for the past 19 years, Alan's roots run deep within the community. Alongside his wife, Leah, and their three children, Alan cherishes the moments spent building a life together.

Outside of his work in construction, Alan enjoys spending time on the golf course, caring for his garden, and supporting his favorite teams, particularly TCU football.

He’s a regular at HG Sply and Piatello's when dining out, and a Ranch Water is his go-to drink, complementing his laid-back lifestyle.

Alan treasures moments with his family, dives into his hobbies, and is dedicated to using his talents to give back to the Fort Worth community.

Meet Leah

Real estate isn't just a profession for her—it's been a lifelong passion, nurtured by her upbringing in the realm of interior design and architecture. Since officially entering the industry in 2017, Leah has woven her innate love for homes with a keen eye for market trends, influenced by her father's expertise as an economist.

Settling in the DFW area in 2009, Leah has proudly called it home since her days at TCU.

Fort Worth holds a special place in her heart, where she and her husband, Alan, alongside their three vibrant children—Janie, Gus, and George—create cherished memories.

Beyond the realm of real estate, Leah finds solace by the lake, immersed in the pages of a captivating book, or enjoying the warmth of friendship on a cozy patio. When it comes to local cuisine, Le Margot tops the list for date nights, while Salsa Limon's El Capitan tacos and the inviting atmosphere of Doc B's never disappoint.

Whether it's quality time with family or stolen moments with a good read, Leah treasures life's simple pleasures.

Meet Casey

Construction Production Manager

Casey oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of our construction projects. With a strong background in residential construction, Casey ensures seamless project workflows, managing everything from framing to finishing touches while maintaining quality standards.

He began his construction career framing houses in college, moved on to commercial electrical work, and eventually ran his own construction firm for 17 years. Drawn to Fine Point Homes for the opportunity to focus on hands-on construction and to be part of an expanding company, Casey brings invaluable expertise and leadership to the team.

Meet Yvonne

Real Estate Agent

Fine Point Home Real Estate's newest Realtor! Yvonne started her Real Estate career in 2010 as a Buyers Specialist and Military Resident Specialist. They say “Home Is Where The Heart Is” and Yvonne was born, raised, married and also raised her own family in Fort Worth and this is where her heart is.

Yvonne is a Wife, Mom of 4, and Grandma of 9, with 2 fur babies, Coco and Cooper.

Yvonne enjoys spending time outdoors, hosting game nights, and baking sourdough bread with her family. You can often find her savoring her favorite Mexican dish at El Paseo in Lake Worth. She’s fluent in Spanish and is also a licensed Notary.

Meet Hannah

Construction Project Manager

Hannah expertly oversees all client-facing aspects of our build and renovation projects. If you are one of our past or current Build or Renovation clients, you may have met her as she facilitates anything client facing on the construction side!

Hannah is a wonderful mom of two who loves relaxing on a great patio with a cold margarita on the rocks with salt. She's passionate about weight training and cooking. Originally from Houston and a Texas Tech graduate, her favorite spot in DFW is Magnolia Wine Bar. Hannah’s top renovation project is a kitchen remodel, and she’s drawn to mid-century modern design. She also has a soft spot for vintage rugs!


Meet Megan

Operations Manager

As the Fine Point Homes Office Manager, Megan plays a crucial role in supporting real estate agents by managing operations and overseeing all administrative duties, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Her organizational skills and attention to detail are integral to the success of the company.

Originally from Keller, TX, Megan earned her degree in Interior Design from Texas Christian University (TCU). She now lives in Aledo, TX with her family, where she spends much of her free time cheering on her kids at their sports games year-round. Megan loves enjoying chips, salsa, and guacamole, especially with a refreshing margarita.




Meet Taylor

Marketing Manager

Taylor is a marketing professional with over a decade of experience, specializing in both the real estate and construction sectors at Fine Point Homes. She provides comprehensive marketing support, from digital campaigns and social media management to content creation and branding. Taylor works closely with real estate agents to develop engaging marketing materials, ensuring properties are effectively showcased, while also collaborating with the construction team to highlight new developments with targeted messaging.

Originally from Sugar Land, TX, Taylor graduated from Stephen F. Austin University with a degree in Journalism. Over the years, she’s worked in Texas, New York, and Seattle, picking up valuable insights along the way. Now settled in Keller, TX with her family, Taylor loves exploring everything Fort Worth has to offer. Her perfect combo? Sushi and a large Diet Coke.
